Three little girls drift into the ocean because a beach full of people and lifeguards didn’t see them drifting away on a surfboard, screaming and waving for help. Except for one kid they borrowed a yellow bucket from who kept saying “yellow” to his mom. Big eye-roll moment. So they drift off and live off a snack, I guess, finally reaching a rocky, rugged shoreline with a light house. It’s so heartbreaking to watch these little girls climb the rocks barefoot, get hit by the waves, and nearly drown. There’s not much dialogue, it’s mostly them fighting for their lives in long, unbelievable, incredibly drawn-out and boring scenes. Have you ever been around parents who think everything their kids do is special and cute, but they’re actually annoying? There’s an entire movie of that, plus borderline child abuse.
